The Team at Yovu is always there to support you! They really make the effort to have a one call resolution. If they currently don't have what you need, they try to brainstorm for a solution to help you today. If they can't, they try to get it on the road map for development. The Yovu team has a good mix of technical and customer service oriented people. They can help by email or a quick 611 on the phones! We have the system at 6 locations.

Great support and reliability! We have tested a few different VOIP suppliers to switch out our aging office phone system too. Yovu quickly became the leading contender for our refresh. Their technical support is great with super quick turn arounds, and we always get a quick response to our questions or issues. Have not had any call quality issues with their service either.

Signed on with YOVU around Feb/March of 2019 and it has been a great experience for our business. We have offices in Vancouver and Edmonton and our communication has been seamless. Reliability and Customer Service are the name of the game with any service provider, and there are many to choose from... YOVU has set itself apart with 100% up-time( for us), dedicated staff to assist with on boarding and customer service that other companies better be envious of. If there were a 6 star review, show me where to fill it out. These guys are the REAL DEAL!

We have deployed YOVU at 6 of our locations as of right now. The service is great and reliable (compared to our previous host, it's a night and day difference). The sales and support staff are courteous, respond to any issues in a timely manner and really have your best interests in mind.
What I love most is their web management portal. I am able to create users, provision phones, manage my own auto-attendant menus & conference bridges, and so much more without the need to submit support tickets and wait for someone else to complete the work (which was a huge problem with our previous host). We have deployed YOVU at one of our locations and so far I have been very impressed. YOVU's hosted VOIP service (with web access) offers a level of control and customization that you just won't get with traditional analog phone systems, or even with other in-house VOIP systems.
The Staff at YOVU have been very helpful and accommodating with service requests and porting the line over, hassle free projects are always nice.

We recently moved offices and needed a new phone system. Yovu brought us a solution that fit our budget and our needs. They were very patient as we compared services and answered all our questions. The phone set up was easy and the phones are working well. We do notice some quality issues but with voIP you are going to get that. The phones have very sensitive mics in the handsets - just to be aware.
