Osteo Net is delighted to offer Clinical Exercise Classes for all patients. These classes incorporate Clinical Pilates and functional rehabilitation exercises into an individually designed program, to help you reach your rehabilitation and fitness goals. Our clinical exercise classes aim to condition your muscles to improve flexibility, increase strength and stability.
Do I need a referral from my GP? Many patients are referred to Osteopaths and Myotherapists by their friends, family, doctors, other health practitioners or personal trainers. However, as Osteopaths are primary care practitioners, you can make an appointment yourself directly, OR with a GP's referral.

This practice is exceptional. I've been getting treatment for years for a chronic condition and have been to many Ostoes. I mostly see Louise who is amazing but I've also seen Fiona and Laura who have lived up to the high standard. They have helped me understand my biomechanics so I can rehabilitate and improve over time as well as relieving pain in one session when needed. Highly recommended.

I just visited Osteo Net and had a great experience. Sally at the front desk is beyond lovely and the Osteo I saw turned out to be the owner, Mia. She is very friendly and kind, extremely knowledgeable and experienced and gave me treatment and solutions to a few issues I had but more importantly problems I wasn't even aware of!
I felt great afterwards and I look forward to going back for regular visits. Feels great to have found someone you can trust and has your best interests at heart.
