David has helped us with several properties. However, he went well above and beyond with our last property. From the beginning we had issues getting finance as our circumstances are a little different and complicated. After signing the contract for our home, the bank withdrew pre-approval and we were left hanging.

After being referred to David through some family friends after having some headaches dealing with banks directly, David was able to provide a comprehensive picture of what we needed to do to get ourselves into a better position to look more attractive as a borrower. With his clear advice we went to work on improving our position and within 6 months were able to purchase a home well above even our most optimistic expectations (even in the current market). Once again, David and his amazing team have managed to save me money on my home loan. David assisted me many years ago in obtaining my home loan with Macquarie Bank and has always been available to review my interest rate whenever I have requested this.
