Disgraceful all my items were picked through by the three men that had access to my property they basically went shopping stole what they wanted Christmas gifts for my dogs ,car items leather car seat ,jewerlly my packing blankets which I was told they would be returned .all my furniture was scratched,and white goods ,wrought iron hand crafted bed .tools were taken even special documents and xrays are gone .you won't know until you start unpacking items what is missing never been so upset in my lifetime.dont use them you will loose to many items .not trustworthy at all ,some of my personal items

These guys were truly fantastic. They worked their tails off and honestly couldn’t have been more friendly, helpful and professional. Not a scratch on anything and we have external and internal stairs to negotiate. Nothing was too much trouble. They made what could have been a very stressful 2 days go as smoothly as it possibly could.

Terrible experience, items damaged during removal in particular a near brand new television that after almost two months of persistent phone calls was reluctantly replaced with a damaged ex-display TV. Horrible customer service, horrible removal service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! If there was an option for less than one star I'd give it. Pathetic.
