Know your rights people. Worst real estate I’ve ever dealt with. Renting through these people for 4 years, rent was always paid on time. Took ages for anything to be fixed. High staff turnover, in the four years we rented with these people, we had 7 property managers. Upon exit, they tried to stick us with damage from previous tenants, thankfully I had photos from the day we picked up the keys, kept all email correspondence. If you are renting through living here, make sure you know your rights, and take photos of all damage before you move in.

I've been renting through Living Here Launceston for nearly six years and I can safely say that they are the worst agents I've ever rented through.
I have paid my rent on time without a single default and yet I've been repeatedly treated in an unprofessional manner.
The house we rented has had noise issues, mould, damp, rot, ants and rats.
They… ignore any request for repairs until you're going to be electrocuted or flooded or the dwelling could catch fire.
We've had random people knocking on our door because the property manager hadn't turned up for an inspection.
