Established in 1976 SignOn has only had three owners since establishment with the current owners acquiring the business in 2013. The Safety of our staff, your staff and other contractors is our number one priority. We have engaged with Peter Thomas Consulting who was involved as a signage safety consultant on the Stadium project to provide his experience with this project.

First I want to say that I've been in the graphics business for 40 years, so I have worked with a lot of suppliers in my time.
I've done a few orders with them. The first was great service, turn-around as promised. The second, delayed a few days. The third, they missed a file and it took a week to get it printed. I emailed them some questions about the product and the missing file, and got an email response over two weeks later (after the job was complete). The person helping me was sometimes responsive and other times very unresponsive. I finally re-uploaded the missing file, 5 days later and

Terrible service. I ordered a custom mask and most of it is illegible. They state that they stand by the proof and that is is an accurate representation of what you will receive but it is nowhere close. This was for an important and sad occasion. They refuse to fix it and rush the order and only refund 25% of what is spent. Try another company. This one will disappoint you.

I purchased two "permanent decals" from signs.com, sized 24" x 18". I submitted very high quality image / artwork files of each. But I was very disappointed in the quality of the final product.
What they fail to mention though with their decals is that their printers will NOT match the same high quality. The resolution was poor and quite pixelated.
After initiating an immediate online chat with one of their reps, he says "this is due to the dot printing process that we use. We would need to enlarge the graphic for that to come through more clearly." But my issue is if the quality doesn't look

If I ran my business like this place, I’d be out of business! Made an order, approved the proof, waited for the item to arrive, and it was printed in black-and-white, and totally unusable.
Contacted customer support and they told me something about it being the wrong file type (?)and said that they made sure it’s correct now and that they’ll be sending me another one. No harm, no foul so far...
Now the replacement arrives and it’s the exact same thing. Like the first one, it includes a correct printed copy of the proof (A bright colorful image), which is the correct graphic, and completely

I ordered signs for our new company vans (Car Decal (Perforated) on 10/22/2020, we received them on 10/30/2020 and like any company the vans were being prepped to go into service. We are a machinery service company so we customized the cargo space to each engineers liking. We sent them out to have windows tinted and when they came back we had the lettering with our logos done. We purchase vans with limited windows because we feel that it is safer for our engineers to be able to see around the van instead of just using the mirrors. Our retired vans were the same way. We normally had mirror tint

I never thought ordering signs will be more easier affordable and professional! as a business owner with a front store should contact SIGNS they were 1/3 a a price from the cheapest quote I got from locals signs company. I will always try to support locals first but this company definitely bit any price and quality after using some company here that charged me 500$ for signs. Easy to install & professional material

I am way beyond pleased with the final product!!! I tried the online tool, but it said that the quality was not so good and it would lose quality if I wanted a bigger size, which I did need. I emailed through customer support and Trey was very helpful. I sent the original photos and he worked his magic with more sophisticated software than what I had. I was anxiously awaiting the final product and I am very very pleased with the result. And shipping was way quick from UT to the east coast. If I have a need for a sign again, I know where I am going!!!!
