I don't usually write reviews but our experience was faultless. The organization, food and service was wonderful and to have a clean kitchen the morning after our party was fantastic.
We had a sit down dinner for sixteen- with drinks and canapes prior- and every guest commented on the quality of the food and service.
We had to delay because of COVID lockdowns, but Mary and the team made rescheduling a breeze- nothing was too much trouble.
We can't wait to use them again.

I recently used Philip Johnson Catering for a Corporate Cocktail Event for 20 people and whilst I don't normally leave public reviews, I was compelled to on this occasion simply because our experience was nothing less than perfection.
We required finger food, someone to make cocktails ,a chef, 2 wait staff and equipment hire which was all done through Philip Johnson - Communication was excellent and attention to detail was flawless. They arrived on time, set-up was slick, and even when we realised our error in not chilling drinks prior to their arrival, it wasn't a problem, they had all the solutions

Philip and Mary catered for a 50th Birthday dinner at our Apartment in New Farm - for our son who came up to Brisbane on an impromptu visit from Melbourne.
Everything was arranged quickly and words can’t explain how they managed such a perfect and wonderful meal from our kitchen - stunning food, enormous help in setting up and perfect service throughout the night - oh, and they left everywhere spotlessly clean! We would recommend Philip and Mary to everyone - they really made the night faultless and so special.

For the second year running we have used the team at Philip Johnson Catering for our Riverfire party, and I am so thrilled with the job they did.
Nothing was too much trouble, the food was incredible, the service impeccable and they are a really nice bunch of people as well.
Our guests are still raving about it, which is awesome!
Special thanks to Dylan for creating such a seamless environment for me in the planning stages, it was a real pleasure to feel like we were in such safe hands, and the flow of the party on the night confirmed that they are a team of professionals who are at the top
