Do not use this company! They are fraud!
They charge you twice, claim they have no record of first transaction and then send you both products.
Service is disgusting and the man answering the phone ‘claiming’ to be the owner is out of his mind!
Amazing how its impossible to find my order details without a transaction number but yet they managed to after I ended the call?
Perhaps more time needs to be spent on requesting information that they dont actually need and better helping the clients.

Update: Bumped up to 4/5 since the lockdown ended, as their delivery speed has been splendid since then.

I placed an order on the 10th of September after being advised a delivery ETA of 1 - 2 business days on the site. AusPost didn't receive the parcel until the 20th of September, and the ETA is now the 28th of September.
I understand that there are delivery delays at the moment due to COVID, but the magnitude of this delay was not communicated at

I made my order on the 8th of october, it was supposed to be delivered on the 16th but THE GUY didn't put my complete address ( this incident had happen before with other customers) so now I have to wait for who knows how long get my money back because its been such a horrible experience, I sent an email which he never responded to (also is something that is pretty common for this business, there is plenty of customers that have wrote complaints in the past for the poor customer service), so i called and the guy ( who is actually the owner) was so rude and unprofessional, i request for a full refund

I placed an order on the 16th of September and the website said that delivery should arrive within 3-7 business days in Melbourne Metro.
Received an email after 12 days that my parcel has been picked up by Aramex, which is known for bad service.
Had they communicated the delays in the beginning, that would have given me time to make other plans instead of waiting for days.

EDIT: 50 minutes after i posed this review, Newpack contacted me and provided great customer service in replacing my order using express postage. They also stated that when i contacted them they were updating there website and the message was missed which is completely forgivable. I will buy from Newpack again.
Ordered some Mailers over a month ago and was emailed to say it was dispatched but the tracking still says Auspost are waiting for it, contacted support over a week ago and have still not heard back.
