Dealt with Susan from Brisbane for purchase of a hybrid flooring in Cairns after talking to several Cairns companies. She could not have been more helpful. Sent all the information I needed. Once in Cairns I visited their showroom in Lyons st and made a choice. Flooring arrived quickly and John helped load it into the ute.

John and Susan were very easy going and explained everything clearly. The job was done hassle free and the installer even sent me photos of water leak damages that needed to be repaired urgently.
