When you've decided to build a new home, you have probably thought about whether you would like to build to lock up or get your builder to deliver a complete home package. There's a vast difference and it's important to know exactly what you're signing up for before committing to one or the other. A built to lock up home essentially involves completing to the stage where the home is weatherproof, the ceilings are in and plaster is on the walls.

Our interior designers will help you through the product selection process and give you professional advice on what will work for you and your home. We would like to thank Louis and the Broadwater Builds team for their great job in managing and building the new extension of our house. Broadwater Builds have just completed our new home. The build was on time and stress free.
Louis’s communication during the build was excellent. We were provided with a comprehensive construction schedule. Timely prompts were provided for us to make our product selections. During the build we were living in the country, but when we were in Perth, Louis enabled ready access to the site and was available for onsite meetings when requested. His responses to our emails, texts and phone calls were prompt and he always followed up and reported back to us as promised.

We are thrilled with our renovated bathroom/laundry and bathroom completed by Broadwater Builds. Louis shared the work schedule with us before work commenced and was in constant contact during the 6-week renovation. All work was completed either on or before schedule to an outstanding quality. All the tradespeople were professional, reliable and respectful of our home during the renovation. I appreciated Louis’ guidance during the planning and design phases of the project. The end product is better than we could have hoped and within the budget agreed. I have already recommended Broadwater Builds
