Fiona Murray from Physical Nutrition is a nutritionist based in Perth, providing individual, group and corporate nutrition-based health management and weight loss programs. We listen to your needs, and develop flexible and individualised dietary plans, to improve your overall health and wellbeing, whilst assisting with weight and chronic disease management.

In order to assist our clients, we incorporate a range of testing services, such as metabolic testing, food allergy and intolerance testing to create effective diet plans, as well as tracking progress using body composition analysis and weigh-ins. Physical Nutrition is here to provide information, support and accountability so that you can achieve and maintain your weight goals.

Fiona Murray is the owner of Physical Nutrition, a company dedicated to educating the WA community about fitness and healthy eating. Fiona started her health career 15 years ago as a group exercise instructor and in 2009 completed Level III and IV in personal training with the Australian Institute of Fitness.
This intensive course is designed to get you back on the path to optimum health in 7 days. The perfect way to kickstart a healthier and happier you. Here you will find all of your weekly meal plans, recipes, shopping lists, workout recordings, seminar recordings and worksheets required for some of the individual workshops.
An initial fact-finding consultation is 1-hour long and allows your nutritionist to explore all aspects of your diet and lifestyle and their effects on your health. After you leave the Physical Nutrition clinic you will be furnished with a detailed treatment plan, specifically tailored towards solving any health issues, increasing energy and vitality and working you towards your ultimate health goals.
A 1-hour consultation with cleaning up your diet, gut health, health issues etc. at the forefront. This consultation provides time to take a full heath history, discuss requirements and compile a nutrition and treatment plan. A 45-minutes consultation to follow up on previous recommendations and assess progress with regards to health issues.
Food provides our bodies with energy, protein, essential fats, vitamins and minerals to enable us to live, repair ourselves, grow and function properly. A nutritious diet with regular physical activity assists with weight and chronic disease management whilst improving overall mental health and wellbeing.

I am on Fiona’s newly launched Eat , Train, Glow monthly programme . Highly recommend this programme . It has several aspects , a weekly food plan complete with shopping list . Exercise programme . Daily information session on nutrition and mindset . The food is fabulous . You will not feel like you are missing out on anything . Month one is almost… complete and I’m looking forward to seeing what my second month has to offer . Oh I’m doing this remotely in Scotland so you can do this wherever you are located . My son is 21 and has been ill for years and part of it was Diet, and we have been to many nutritionalist's but FIONA MAKES SENSE and TELLS YOU WHY you should be careful what you eat. I have been with Fiona at Physical Nutrion for several months in relation to skin and gut problems and for weight loss. Fiona is knowledgeable and supportive. I am slowly losing weight and my skin and gut issues are improving. Fiona works in conjunction with my integrative medical practitioner which is a veru helpful. Always look forward to going to one of these classes!! The workouts are always challenging, they're always different and the instructor Fiona consistently encourages everyone to do their best and to push themselves to give that little bit more. As a student the student deals make going to such a quality group exercise program doable on a students budget.

These classes are be best - the trainers (Fiona and Oscar) are warm, welcoming and constantly encouraging you to do your best. The best thing for me is that the 9am classes include babysitting services for a small fee - this has been a godsend as it’s so hard to get out to do exercise with a toddler. Christine is wonderful with looking after the children and keeping them entertained so we can focus on the classes. Strongly recommend them to all mums - great for physical and mental health.

Fiona, Anna, and Oscar are amazing. I have been with Physical Nutrition for the last 2 months and have been absolutely loving it. All the trainers are very knowledgeable and tailor the exercises individually which was great for me considering I haven’t done any exercise since high school. I always feel very welcomed in the classes and the trainers always check in to see how I’m going. Fiona especially has been very helpful and is always receptive. Would definitely recommend!

I have trained with many people in the last 10 years and I can confidently say that Fiona is a real professional with wide knowledge in fitness and nutrition. Since I've been training with her after having my first baby, I have lost 10kgs and gained my fitness and confidence in training back in a short amount of time. I have been part of the Physical Nutrition Body Overhaul Package now for nearly 6 months. The group fitness classes are fantastic, the workout is never the same twice! Fiona is dedicated to ensuring you work to the best of your ability each and every session, to ensure you improve your fitness, no matter what level you are currently at.
With regards to the nutrition consults, Fiona has been excellent in identifying the issues with my diet, and finding manageable ways to fix them. She gives excellent advice, that is evidence based and reasonable. I have managed to lose over 6 kilos with her help

Loving the Base Strength classes for a workout that makes me breath...and is week by week making me stronger 🏋
