Can’t thank Ricky at Aster on James enough. My family needed last minute accomodation close to Toowoomba Hospital with multiple room changes and he made it so easy for us. Clean and tidy rooms with great amenities, affordable, very comfortable beds and central to everything we needed in town. It gave us one less thing to worry about during a very difficult time.

We stayed in asters on james for 15 days due to medical issues. Rick was amazing friendly and so helpful!
Both rick and phil made us all feel so welcome! Definitely will be staying again! 😀

Great place to stay, very friendly and helpful owner (Rick). We broke down, and he helped get us back on the road and really went above and beyond, can't speak more highly of this place. Should be #1 as your accomodation choice while in Toowoomba.

We normally stay at more expensive accommodation but I must give credit where credit is due. The owner Rick has very reasonably priced and clean accommodation he makes you a very welcome guest and is very obliging with his friendly service. It's next door to the Toowoomba Hospital which is our main reason for choosing Asters for it's location. What was refreshing is to be greeted and attended by the owner where everything is happily attended to by Rick. We will leave the more elaborate accommodation next time for Rick's more personalised accommodation experience on future visits to Toowoomba. I

The rooms and service great. For a 3 and a half star accommodation the price of $135 is very high compared to others in the same area.
Even 4 star much cheaper. As for the breakfast deal with free breakfast and free wifi is priced an extra $40.
The new owner has no idea he is losing heaps of customers. People from Charleville don’t prefer to stay there as too expensive, the hospital here is advising clients to choose. Another motel.

Great place! Owners were there relieving their managers and they were very down to earth! Asked for a quiet room and it was. Very close to the hospital which was the main reason for staying here. Rooms were very clean and nicely furnished and a good size. Would highly recommend for people needing close to hospital and if noise is a concern tell them you require a quiet room as nothing was a problem to them. Very obliging and fitting to our needs ☺ 👍👍👍
