Sonic Computer Services are situated in the Forster, Great Lakes area, and have been working with computers now for over 14 years. Our knowledge and experience extends to computer repairs, system rebuilds & upgrades, system security, networking problems and all aspects of desktop or notebook computer servicing.

Our computer had major issues with a faulty hard drive. Steve was able to recover data and replace the hard drive. He did this promptly and kept me updated each step of the way. I strongly recommend Steve for any computer issues you may have.

Had a computer I just couldn't update from win 7 to windows 10.
Not only did he fix the problem but my computer works better than ever!
I was charged well below his actual input of labour and parts, Steve went above and beyond for us to rectify an impossible problem and put in extra time of his own. Highly recommended for any computer work for value and quality.

Computer died on me and I had a bash at trying to fix it but to no avail. Finally resorted to calling Steve at Sonic Computers. Steve rattled off a whole list of things to check and Voila! The first thing that he suggested was the problem. After a few minutes Steve had me up and running again. Steve is amazingly competent, knowledgeable and patient.

We were having heaps of problems setting up our new laptop,our emails would not work and despite setting up as in our previous laptop it was a mess. Enter Steve .
It took one day ,a few calls back and forth but our lap top was sorted ,our systems had been set up brilliantly and all was working better than ever. The cost was also better than anywhere else,so total satisfaction.

Steve inspired confidence right from our first communications. I'm not a techie, but years of wearily dealing with corporate IT people had taught me how to separate the good guys from the blow-hards. Steve clearly knew his stuff. Not only that, he was great at explaining complex issues in a calm and logical way - including the bad news that he was unable to fix the unfixable. So therefore couldn't charge me. However, he was able to source a fantastic refurbished laptop for me at an amazing price, and continued his support in the hand over. The man is a legend.
