How often should my door be serviced? We suggest servicing your garage door at least every 12 months to maintain it's warranty and keep it in optimal working condition.

Automatic door motor in warranty is not stopping and is causing a fault. Called today to inquire about it and was told that's not covered under warranty and that will be $140 for them to come out! Was told when i brought it any problem with the motor it has a 5 year would be covered under warranty. Clearly not!

Steer clear. Garage door motors sold by this company have been faulty several times in my experience. They also advised that warranties are 2 years when installing new motors but did not give us the warranty docs, instead they took them back to there office. I called the company only to find out in actual fact the warranties were 7 years.

Great service and a better price than competitors by far👍 Was told 5 odd week delivery ended up being 3 weeks 👍. Guys who installed were prompt and courteous and cleaned up when they left .
Other companies in cairns couldn’t bother calling back. We purchased the c2 wind rated storm panel lift door. Very impressed with the strength/ design. B and d. Will recommend to others 👍👍
