I have been with Jim's Insurance for nearly ten years. Never hear from them. Only get an email on renewal of policies. This July I made a claim and all that Jim's do is forward on the claim. That is it. what service am I getting from you. My claim has not been resolved. I have not earned any money form two months an. You do nothing? when I email you again you forward my email to the insurance company. I have already sent them a email. I send you one to get you off your backsides and earn your money.

Hopeless and rude. Avoid at all costs and go with a real insurer. These guys are not at all professional and I would suggest going with a tier 1 or 2 insurance company. The Jim’s group are not qualified in their field and generally people buying themselves a job. If I could rate negative stars I would.
