Laminated veneer lumber (LVL) is made from layers of selected timber species which are heat laminated together. I rang at 7 am on Easter Saturday looking for 40 sticks of 4.8 meter lengths of 95*45, delivered locally. I expected a hearty laugh from the guy who answered the phone, and a not so gentle reminder that that simply cannot happen at Easter.
I got Chris. I got a discount. I had delivery by 10am.

Thanks Rallis Timber for all yoir assistance over the past 3 months. Your customer service rates a 10/10. Prices comparative with other stores and It is a local business which is great to see. Special thanks to Brett and Chris who arranged a delivery of timber with only 2 hours notice and on top of that the delivery driver assisted me with moving the timber down the side of my home.
