Jacqui completed an Economics Degree at Monash University in 1988. After two years at Arthur Anderson in their Management Consulting Division she decided to take extended leave and travelled throughout Europe for 12 months. On returning to Australia she joined Flight Centre for 4 years, then moved to Hawthorn Travel American Express for almost 10 years.
