For whatever reason they said my car was going to Maribyrnong but ended up in their Sunshine garage with manager Dan. It took 2 months to get my car back with constantly calling for updates and being told "it'll be finished soon, just finishing the paint'.
When it was ready, we had to collect it from Sunshine, Dan and his team had left next to zero petrol in the car. At home we had a look at the work and the panels were not put back evenly. Not only did the team look after my car for literal months whilst I battled with insurance, when I finally picked up my car it was sparkling clean! Including the Keep Cup I had left in there when I first dropped it off. Shout outs to this team's professionalism, skill in communication and really incredible customer service. Center is clean and professional looking, and staff are really friendly and look after you. If you've had an accident and weren't at fault you need to call these guys first! They looked after the whole thing to make sure me and my car were looked after - and that it wasn't done for the cheapest price by the other insurance company. My car was repaired to a perfect condition i'm so happy. Replacement car was a very helpful plus as well

Dear the WGBW team. I could not be happier with the repairs completed on my vehicle. As my car was only a few months old when I brought it to them, I was very anxious about the car not looking the same as new. However, all my expectations were exceeded. I was provided with a brand new hire car and my car was repaired in a mere 5 days. (I barely even needed the hire car with the repairs being so short!!!) I have a matte paint car and was slightly nervous about the outcome of matching the paint but need not have worried. The finish was superb and you would never know that there had ever been any work done on the car.
Ray & staff were totally professional from the very start to the end of the job. They kept me informed every step of the way and also dealt with a rather unpleasant person who had created the damage in the first place.
Professional – friendly – great service and workmanship. Don’t think twice about using them!!
