We take pride in our fast, friendly, and secure service and delivery your flowers with our own van or our trusted couriers. If circumstances beyond our control cause a delay, we will notify you as soon as possible. If you supply an incorrect delivery address, we will do our best to find the right address, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee we can recover items that have already been delivered to the supplied address.
Our normal delivery times are between 9am and 3pm Monday to Friday, and 9am to 11:30am on Saturday. When you order your flowers, you can let us know if you would prefer a morning or evening delivery, and we will do our best to accomodate you. You can also order your flowers to be delivered at a future date - perfect for remembering anniversaries!

Sent a delivery for Mother's Day and was not very impressed. Contacted via email (and sent pics of what should have received and what was delivered). I understand the situation we are all in, but a bunch of daisies and greenery with 2 roses and a little something else is not what I ordered. Will send money next time and tell her to go to supermarket or servo for better bouquet of flowers. And NO, I won't be using the 30% off voucher, but thanks for return email.
