I have officially switched companies because they are simply amazing. I had a bit of an emergency when I called and they listened to my issue and immediately sent out a technician to resolve the issue. The woman I spoke with was super nice and the gentleman who came to my home was very polite. They handled my issue with care, changed the necessary parts, and got my water system back into working condition in a swiffy. I highly recommend this company for your well water systems. After my self installed big box store water Softener failed after a few years. I asked around the neighborhood to include a local plumber. Several in my area used AquaMech for installation. So I called them. After speaking with Melissa on the phone, very nice, I was set up with an appointment. A certified water specialist would come out and have a look what I needed. At appt time, Denise showed up. On time and both very professional and super friendly. She has thorough knowledge coupled to much experience. This company is literally amazing. They are SO knowledgeable and reasonably priced. They guarantee their work and they know what they are doing. They took the time to figure out what was causing all of the issues with our water and built a solution in our budget that worked fast. I recently had to test the well water in my residence. Aquamech serviced my water system. But the water testing company found the PH to be low, though Aquamech set it withhin the acceptable range. Aquamech went beyond call of duty to make it right. I really commend them for their professionalism.

I called Aqumech services regarding a repair for my Autochlor chlorination. Helpful discussion about options for sending unit to them from my place (Adelaide). They pointed out they could sell me a reconditioned unit identical to mine for $420. Took this as best option. Unit arrived by courier in under a week. Working perfectly. I am very happy as my local pool shop said my unit was not repairable due to parts not available, and wanted to sell me a new replacement for $1700. I am really happy I used Aquamech services and recommend them.

Great experience from beginning to end! Denise went above and beyond, very honest, knowledgeable and prompt too, she was at our house within a half hour of getting off the phone with her, service team excellent as well, they fit us in and handled the situation within 24 hours. Worst customer service I have seen. Never return your calls and not interested in fixing issues they have created with their poor service. Technician left the area very messy.
