Prue from Hoot Holidays has been wonderful throughout my experience with losing my first holiday to COVID in March 20 right through to border closures at the last minute cancelling further credited holidays to finally be able to get away to our holiday to Port Douglas this month. I would highly recommend Prue to organise your next holiday should you decide to go through Hoot Holidays, she goes absolutely over and above in customer service and was a pleasure to deal with. Unfortunately the HOOT holiday I planned for August 2020 was cancelled. I had only paid a deposit, but nonetheless was hopeful of at least a partial refund. Communicating with Yolanda Tching, with whom I booked this trip in February, I have been given timely and encouraging information which now advises me of a future cash refund and small deposit on a future booking - the combined value of the deposit paid in February. Every interaction with Yolanda, from initial inquiries about the trip, to several inquiries re possible refunds has been responded to in a timely, friendly and professional manner

I am more than happy to recommend Natalie from Hoot Holidays. Our family booked a holiday to Fiji earlier this year and Natalie was quick to respond to our inquiry and guided, us taking into account the ages of our children and our wish list plus secured us a booking within our budget.
Unfortunately our holiday has been affected by Corona Virus. During such a stressful time Natalie has not only kept us informed and provided all the required information quickly but I have not once had to hassle her for answers. All emails are received when promised and even if there is no update yet she still touches

I booked a holiday with Prue from Hoot holidays. She was lovely, kind, helpful, responsive. Unfortunately due to covid it was cancelled but Prue maintained contact every step of the way until the matter was finalised. Really hope that next year we can return and rebook. In January 2020 I called Natalie Sloan and booked our annual overseas family holiday which we were meant to go on in September.
My experience with having Natalie as my travel agent has been amazing especially with all the uncertainty with COVID-19. Natalie has been so helpful, understanding and compassionate during this crazy time.
Firstly, when booking our holiday Natalie went above and beyond for us thinking of everything that we as a family would need and want. She listened to me of our likes/dislikes from what we were wanting from our holiday and she stuck to our budget! Natalie gave great

I would not recommend this company to anyone! Very poor customer service and communication is basically non-existent. I paid over $2500 in Jan 2020 for a Fiji holiday which was due to take place in June. The flights were cancelled due to COVID-19, and at no point was I contacted by Hoot regarding my holiday - i had to chase them several times for an update on where i stood with my booking. Unprofessional and unhelpful to say the least. The definition of SET AND FORGET.

I have been using Hoot Holidays for over 10 years, and multiple trips around the Pacific a year. I have never been disappointed in the A1 service from the Hoot Champion. Belinda LaHood has been amazing every time I call to have her do a package or any other service I need. The price is always the best, and Have never been able to find a better deal. Hoot Holidays are always the best Price with all my needs provided for that special time away.
