TGA approval means our products have been assessed for the indications (conditions the product says it will treat) and found they are supported by scientific evidence. We use many different products from the Necessity Skin Care range (including Fixaderm, Cold Sore Relief, Bettaderm, zit stick and the deodrant) and have loved every one - they really do work in the way they say they do. What we put on the skin never remains just at the level of the skin, but sinks in. So many other 'natural' health products still… have numerous ingredients that I can't pronounce the name of, or don't know where they are from or have a list of numbers after them; but not Necessity. Use both Fixaderm skin repair lotion and the cold sore relief. Both products are excellent. The Fixaderm is great all-rounder as per the product information and works particularly well on insect bites. As for the Cold Sore Relief - this beats anything else on the market. I have suffered with cold sores since child hood and this is the first product… I have found ( and I have tried many) that works in both helping to prevent a cold sore developing, if applied in time, and also helping to relieve and speed up recovery from a developed cold sore.
