Lana Hall started Sage & Sound in Woolloongabba, Brisbane in 2018 as the place to go to for practical mindset tools from trained psychologists and counsellors. Tools that could be used in a preventative way, to protect your mental health and improve your resilience, as well as being useful when in a crisis.

Anxiety starts when your mind tells your body 'something is wrong here'. I went to Sage and Sound for the first time and had an appointment with Naomi, She was very warm and welcoming and I felt myself being tense to calm the more I got to interact with Naomi. One of techniques she got me to use outside from our session that's been making a positive change in my life is called "mindfulness" and I have using that technique whenever i feel overwhelmed and need to take a step back learning mindfulness from my session with has made dealing with myself a lot better and am looking forward for to see Naomi in the future.
