Solar PV is the accepted best system used all around the world to generate free energy from the sun. Alan and Sharon live in their four bedroom house in Annandale with their two young children. They are not a 'cheap quality' company.
Very pleased with how the 3 installers worked together, to put our new system in.
Price for a complete new system incl panels, was only a small amount above the cost of repairing our 11 year old system.. due to the Government benefits..so went for the complete new system. It's working very well.
Only negative was it took 1 week to get a quote.

I can't really fault True North Solar. If I had a negative it was they were a little more expensive than other sellers, because of the better quality system and we knew this before ordering. There was a small delay in getting the system installed but we knew that too. The office staff were friendly and helpful. The staff that turned up to do the install were friendly and efficient. The only delay was when they went back to the office to get the best fittings for our particular roof-can't fault this as they had the welfare and longevity of the system in mind. So far the system has run faultlessly

They made sure that it all meets current standards.
Kash and his crew were very professional and flexible with my requirements.
I got my roof repainted whilst the old Solar panels were off and it was no problem for the True North Solar team to work around the roof painting.
The new panels are working perfectly and providing my family with power from the Sun.

The communication from the company was excellent and it was installed within a number of hours (About 4-5 hours). True North had about 6 crew working on the install, which if you know how much labour costs, that’s allot of crew to have at one job on a residential property.
After the install, one of the installers led me through the inverter, including showing how to shut the system down safely and power it back on. They also connected the cloud part of the system for monitoring and checked the meter for showing usage was also communicating with the inverter.
