Ordered a hitch adapter 4 months ago, waited for 2 weeks but no updates. I tried calling Greg several times but he only answered once. He said we would do a refund but never did. I sent them email several times but no response. AVOID BUYING FROM THEM!

Purchased the Victor adapter nut and was sent a faulty product.I contacted Apb Auto through EBay and was contacted by Greg within hours.Greg resolved the problem and express posted the product shortly afterwards.

Does this company actually exist and/or operate?
Purchased item on 12JAN19 with money taken from my account 13JAN19. Item has not been delivered nearly 3 weeks later and I have tried many times to contact APB Auto (1300 number, after hours number, admin and info emails - even attempted the live chat, which is very much dead) and left a number of messages.
I have had no return contact!!
A simple return call or email is not much to ask.
Happy to wait for the item if there are issues but the lack of contact makes me wonder if this company actually exists beyond the website!

I placed an order for multiple bike parts and paid via PayPal. I recieved a receipt of purchase. However I was unable to communicate with the seller through the online website phone numbers and email. All messages were not responded to. I was left feeling concerned that I was not going to receive my goods. I made a enquiry through to PayPal to receive a full refund, which I recieved. I still don't know why the seller would not respond to my enquiries.
