Do not go there owner has no idea what to do we waiting for our sofa cushion to repair more than two months now still no sign every time excuses. They have no knowledge or communication skill to acknowledge there mistake. Dont regret it do it somewhere else

Recently we had the seat to 40 year old cane rocking chair rebuilt with new Rattan by Cobra Cane in Collingwood.
Being 40 years old it is well loved & we are very pleased with the work carried out by Cobra Cane. Living near Philip Island the seat was mailed to & from Cobra Cane with out any problems.
We found them good to deal with & our answers to questions was prompt & truth full. We would not hesitate in recommending Cobra Cane for any Rattan/cane work new customers need.

I purchased some rattan and they did not have one style in stock. I asked for a refund, they said they would do this however I haven’t heard from them since. I have also sent emails regarding this and have not had a response.

I purchased a footstool described as French grey I would call it khaki brown.
It does not go with my furniture
They refused to give me a refund even though the description was incorrect. They say that is how it comes to them but I feel they have a duty of care to re-name the colour

I'm currently going through a cane-furniture obsession. I think it's because cane tends to look so good next to plants? Not entirely certain. But I digress...

While on the hunt for new furniture for a new house, I remembered Cobra Cane - the quirky little shop in Collingwood that I had driven past to many times. An entire shop dedicated to cane? What's not to love!

I walked in and was honestly quite overwhelmed... THIS PLACE IS HUGE. There is literally so much furniture that it is piled on top of each other and hanging from the ceilings. It was like going into a hoarders house
