The Rental Company of the Year Award recognises those hire companies who have gone the extra mile when it comes to customer service, safety and performance. There are two categories in the Rental Company of the Year award - General Hire and Events Division. Agfest is a multi-award-winning agricultural festival organised by volunteer members of Rural Youth Tasmania.

Weeding Hire was, until recent years, known as Weeding Party Hire. Started in 1985 in Tasmania, by Alan and Helene Weeding supplying party goods and pole marquees for events back when 'party' covered just about all occasions.

Weeding Hire were brilliant to work with.
We worked with them on a major event in Tasmania. The prices were fair in line with Industry and the team went over and above to make the event happen.
We had a number of late requests, but Nicole, Alan and James were all very flexible, happy to help wherever they could and generally support the event.
The team on the ground, led by James, were very professional, efficient and did a great job.
The Marquees and furniture was good quality and well presented.
I would highly recommend to anyone working in Tassie.
