You smoke because you perceive you get something from it, otherwise you wouldn't do it. Its 6 months since I Quit Smoking and I just waned to say thankyou for changing my life. It was a fabulous experience and I really appreciated the education, support and empathy. 40 Cigarettes a day gone. I have been able to make changes to my life and health that have saved my life. Quit smoking 5 years and 102 days ago - 35 cigarettes a day. Haven't touched once since. Julia is a true professional operating in a professional environment. Very supportive and compassionate. Absolutely marvellous.
