Junee is a railway town. Its premier attraction is the huge Junee Railway Roundhouse & Museum and the railway station dominates the centre of town. Following the closure of the Junee Roundhouse in 1993, a small group of Junee residents interested in tourism looked at the possibility of starting a museum at the Roundhouse.

Wonderful welcome family owned establishment our room was really well designed, fresh and well appointed. Our meal at the restaurant was soooooo delicious we started with garlic and cheese bun made by the Chef scrumptious indeed, the ricotta chicken breast and Junee lamb very tender and accompanied fresh local vegetables 😋

Very friendly staff! Very friendly indeed. Clean spacious rooms. Warm!! You get the fridge, kettle, сomfy beds. Very nice food in the restaurant, good wine, quick service. Harrison is such a nice young man, took care about our group, told us what we can do and where we can go in Junee. Thank you for a nice stay!!!

We’ve stayed two nights and find the staff to be very friendly and most helpful, the room and facilities very clean, comfortable and well appointed, the service excellent and the restaurant first class. The central location facilitated quick and easy access to all tourist attractions. We highly recommend this motel.

Rooms are a bit dated but clean and reasonably laid out. Beds were OK and came with a heatpad, there were extra pillows and blankets in a cupboard which was nice. The motel is frequented by lots of tradies and other workers, and as such has a 24/7 Be Quiet rule which makes the Motel nice and quiet. We decided to stay 1 extra night and the consierge was very helpful in accommodating this. The bathroom was modern with a rainfall shower head. The room had a modern TV but the channels available were limited. The window into the room had a blackout blind which was very effective. There is also a fridge
