My husband and I used Greater Newcastle Removals for our move from Sydney to South Australia and what a reassuring and fabulous experience it was with this company. Great price, fab communication and an amazing experience with Keith and Paul moving everything into the truck in record time (Keith is a genius fitting all into the truck). He and Paul took so much care and attention with our cherished items, then he was in SA in record time and unpacked all into storage in even faster time. We had moved prior to our interstate move 2 times before and had nightmare experiences with other removalists

It began with the older receptionist telling me they were available on my required date over the phone, which suddenly wasn't the case when I emailed right after to book. No explanation, as to why I'd been told something different, though. Unfortunately, due to COVID, I had no other choice.

Used this company to move from Melbourne to the Gold Coast and never again. Not only did they cancel my pick up the day of the move when I was flying out, but when they eventually did come 3.5 weeks later they cracked my TV screen. When my original date of removal came and went with no call, I called the driver asking for an ETA and he proceeded to give me a bunch of attitude because "I was only backloading" and they would be there the next day. Next day, no call again by 2pm so I called again to be told "sorry, truck is full, didnt anyone call you?" and the company couldn't give less of a stuff

Have used Greater Newcastle Removals 3 times since 2012 to move locally around Lake Macquarie and have been happy with their service everytime. The guys take care when handling my furniture and have always been professional and on time. They get the job done quickly and carefully and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone.
