Thank you to Brian and a Heather at Broken Hill Caravans who were extremely helpful with what turned out to be a simple problem ( which had not been explained to me by Avan service personnel)
On registering an email request for assistance after hours, Heather contacted me back, organised an appointment the following day, and my concerns were identified in a quick and friendly way, allowing us to continue our travels. Many thanks 🙏

Hi there, I just want to give this company a big applause 👏
We have been on the road for a couple of months and our tv keeps loosing its sound anyway we ordered a new smart tv through Broken Hill Caravans a lady calked Heather and all I can say is she was very helpful in ordering the tv for us , the problem for me was we were in Tibooburra when it arrived so Heather rang me on the Thursday to say it's there, no problem we will pick it up Monday.
Unfortunately the state of NSW went into lockdown not allowing some business to open, on the Sunday Heather rang me and asked where we were staying

This was our maiden trip in the van. Left Tamworth, and by the time we reached Broken Hill needed some urgent help and repairs. We contacted Broken Hill Caravans and that is probably the luckiest thing that had happened to us so far on the trip. Brian and Heather were amazing. They squeezed us in on the day we visited them and by the end of that day we were all fixed and ready to go. We can't thank them enough for their friendly and genuinely caring service.

After loosing my spare wheel at Cobar,I was lucky enough to contact Heather and Brian who assisted me as quick as possible by taking one of the spares and mounts off a new caravan they had for sale. My family and I would like to thank you so much for your assistance in helping us get back on the road ASAP.
