Inconsistent quality, loads of miscommunication between the customers and the company, and the waiting time is absurd. Most importantly, the management has a lot to be desired, has immense room for improvement in terms of service and productivity. You want high-quality products? Avoid here.

Probably the best customer service I had. Bed, bath and beyond didn't carry the bedsheet set I wanted so I contacted the distributor to see if they had it. They were quick with their service and the customer service lady was extremely kind and helpful. Not only did I get the bed sheet that I didn't think I was going to get, but also the owner personally contacted me and dealt with my case. 5/5 would buy from here again and recommend to all my friends and family. Wonderful job ☺️

This company sucks the staff is real rude if you go on there web site it say ( Our team will work hard to be sure that you are satisfied with your purchase and to help in any way possible. We look forward to working with you and welcome your inquiries.) so i called them looking for a Luxury Valour quilt in black i told them i went to linen chest and they did not carry this in black ,i got the name of the distributor which is Text tile city in miss i went on there web site and read the speel in brackets that we could call them if we had any inquires and asked them if they carry this in quilt in
