Piers studied graphic design at RMIT in Melbourne. The course also included photography, where he found a new passion, walking around the streets of Melbourne shooting its wonderful architecture and the play of light and shade it created. It also housed some pretty interesting characters that provided some wonderful portraits.
The countless hours spent in the darkroom as a student, twenty years of working with photographers, through to creating a countless amount of photo montages in photoshop, Piers entered the industry just over ten years ago with a solid understanding of his craft. Shooting stills with a Canon 5d Mark IV, using 17mm, 24mm tilt shift L lenses and a 50mm Zeiss lens.
