Through an understanding of how control systems integrate, producing our moment to moment and long term physical, emotional, mental and spiritual reality, the C.H.E.K Practitioner can more efficiently and effectively isolate the area(s) each client needs coaching. FMA Strength Training qualifications are a key component of the education of personal trainers at Elixir of Life Personal Training Gym Coffs Harbour.
There is no good or bad exercise. Rather it is the right exercise for the right person, at the right time and performed the right way. Exercise is a stress and every session has a cost. I have been taking part in Keith's Strength Fitness classes for the last year at Elixir of Life Personal Training Gym Coffs Harbour. These classes have proven to be continually challenging and entertaining, unique in the exercises and structure, and of a wonderful benefit to my health and wellbeing.

My husband and I have been training with Keith for around 5 years now and his knowledge and training style is the best in the business. 5 years ago my husband was needing back surgery, we decided to try Keith as the last resort and he has never looked back. He is strong and healthy and has not had 1 back issue since. I have no hesitation in recommending Keith as a trainer to anyone.

I have known Keith since 2015 and he has helped me to grow fitter and stronger. Since meeting him I have moved interstate but have brought with me the incredible skills and techniques that Keith has taught me. One of the best things about him is his emphasis on technique and safety in the gym. Keith challenges and encourages you to be better and stronger. He caters your experience to your personal needs and goals. Keith has an excellent knowledge of anatomy, fitness and training and is always learning new techniques and exercises. I was first referred to Keith by a friend back in 2013 to help with a skiing injury and my general fitness. Keith’s knowledge and holistic approach is something I have never come across in this industry before. Everything he does is tailor made to suit the individuals needs and goals. Safety is always his number one priority and that has been refreshing throughout my journey.

Keith is professional and knows body movement. I came into the studio with 3 bulged discs and lower spine issues. I have been working here for a few months now and thought I would never squat again.
Keith is careful and offers a range of exercises to allow recovery. Even on my worst feeling day so far I have gone in and left feeling better.
Anybody suffering from an injury should give it a go.
It is a long road but if you start to get more good days than bad you must be doing something right.
Oh yeah you can also go here to just get as strong as an ox to Keith can do it all. You want cardio

I have been going to Keith for the past six years (all through high school) and could honestly not recommend him enough! Not only is he a great trainer but will always go above and beyond in making sure your feeling your best both physically and mentally. He has great recommendations and a wealth of knowledge about how to fix or maintain any issues you may have with your body. So much more than your average "trainer"!

I first trained with Keith in 2012 when I moved to Australia for a year. He was instrumental in my post injury recovery and maintainence after breaking my leg in a horse riding accident. Two years ago, I engaged his services again to tackle a long term dream of completing the grueling Coast to Coast multisport race, which runs from the west to east coasts of NZ's south island. Using various apps for programs and video and photo sharing, I was able to complete my training online with Keith, which in turn not only got me to the start line (a considerable feat, given my history) but to the finish
