Using the latest technology we pride ourselves on offering punching and laser cutting services that are effective and fast. There are no initial or ongoing tooling costs and all cut edges are clean and fair curved.

G & Y Press and Die are specialists in Perth laser cutting and have a new addition to their cutting technology by commissioning a new Trumpf 5Kw Co2 Laser Cutting Machine. This machine's fast laser cutting, impressive accuracy and excellent precision translates into improved turnaround times.
G & Y Press and Die now have the ability to manufacture complex and intricate 2D parts with ease, created from your drawings or DXF files which are supplied to us with no hard tooling costs.Without the need to tool up, short lead times as well as short production runs become viable with the capability of producing economical one off laser jobs.

The latest upgrade to G&Y Press & Die's steel manufacture arsenal is the Finn-Power C5 Hydraulic Punch Press, imported from Finland. This computer controlled, automated solution in Turret Punching offers high accuracy output, and can be customised to suit short runs just as cost effectively as long runs.
C.N.C. Bending is one of the many processes that can be integrated into the production of your components along with Laser cutting & Turret punching. The bending process requires a great degree of precision and accuracy so we ensure that we keep up with the latest technology. We currently run 2 x CNC Press Brakes.
G&Y Press & Die's dedication to innovative products and methods has taken us to the installation of the K1200 Hydefinition Plasma Cutting Machine in Perth, Western Australia. Using the Hypertherm Kinetic Hydefinition dry bed plasma system, it produces high quality dross free plasma cutting.
