My sons just started in the Nursery at Cranebrook and we couldn’t love it more!! He’s only 5 months old and as soon as we get there in the morning it is all smiles! The constant updates on kinderloop are great and he comes home as happy as can be ❤️ So happy I decided to put him in and you can already tell the bonds that he has created with the beautiful, caring educators!! ❤️

The staff at the glenmore park centre are useless. They have no education about autistic children and their needs. Don't send your child there if they are autistic as the staff there will only traumatise your child through mismanagement. They will call you constantly wanting you to come and collect your child because they can't "manage" them, then… they'll terminate your enrolment out of the blue. They shouldn't be in business as they are cruel to children with different needs. The area managers make the decisions and don't filter them down to the staff so you never know where you stand

I have both my children enrolled at the Canterbury location and I highly recommend them. All the educators always make my childrenn feel welcome cared for and loved and I know when I drop them off and pick them up before work they are and have been in good care all day! My youngest attended at just 8 months old and although it was extrememly hard they have not only helped develoo my daughters personality they have helped her achieve key milestones (walking). I absolutely love this daycare and would recommend them !!!

Horrible experience at The Ponds. I don’t even know where to start..The kids have no estructure. They let the kids do free play all day, no discipline, no calming activities. In four months I have lost count of how many teachers have left, even the previous director left. Worst part of all is that they have a policy of 6 weeks of notice in order to leave the Centre. I would never recommend YA to anyone
