Coolcene was established in 1979 by the husband and wife team of Allan & Cheryl Grieve. By 1985, business had grown to six employees supplying and servicing all aspects of the air conditioning and refrigeration industry, and completing contracts all over N.S.W. By 2005 "Coolcene N.S.W" had grown to a full time staff of 18.
About this time Allan sold the business to two of his son's; Jamie & Scott. Renaming to "Coolcene Air Conditioning" they've maintained the family operation to this day. Coolcene specialise in the design and installation of air conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems for homes, commercial premises and multi storey buildings.

The install of my air con through this company was well priced, hassle free. Other than a vent being out of shape causing a whistling sound issue (sorted under warranty) it has been pretty smooth sailing, that is until the paat 6 months.
Now for the bad, communication with the customers is poor. Quote one price verbally then get a bill for more than they quote. Yes, my fault for not getting it in writing but still, $195 for a maintenance clean is a bit of joke when originally quoted $135. Apparently the rest of the fee was a travel fee to come to my house, despite other homes in the area gettting
