Over the years hockingstuart Yarraville has sold many newly built homes although none quite compare to the quality, attention to detail & finishes by Nicon built. Having homes built like 116a The Avenue, Spotswood truly made our jobs as real estate agents easy.

I knew we struck gold when we contracted Nicon Built to build our new double story duplex homes. From start to finish Nicon Built provided us with a high level of service, attention and comfort. Our initial interaction with Nick was professional and he worked and shaped our ideas into the design - importantly he listened and after the second design draft we agreed on a start. Our beautiful homes where built on time and within our cost constraints.
