What is Tax Audit Insurance? Tax Audit Insurance provides for the payment of professional fees incurred as a result of you being selected for an audit, review or investigation by the ATO or other Government body. What costs are covered? Our policy covers all professional fees up to the prescribed limit (refer table below), with no excess when you engage us to respond to or represent you in a review, audit or investigation.

The above "Turnover Test" is not exhaustive and special rules apply in certain situations such as the tenant's business had irregular income or abnormal event(s) and there are "Alternative Tests" for tenants in this situation. Regulation 27 deals with rent relief requests and the consequent obligation on the landlord to make an offer of rent relief.
