I could not be any happier with the service and the quality of all jobs done through the venues. Shane's expertise is priceless, and Tania's responsiveness is also remarkable.

I've been using Shane and Impact DEA for many years now, on both domestic and commercial works and I can't rate Shane highly enough, his knowledge, professionalism and workmanship is second to none. Shane always turns up when he says he will, he is not only one of the best electricians I've had the pleasure of dealing with, he is neat, tidy and cleans up spotlessly after himself, I cant recommend Shane highly enough for any electrical works that may need to be done around the home or office.
