I called Modern needing to move a bus we bought to kit out as a motorhome and they were the cheapest. What I wasn't expecting was the MOST amazing helpful guy in the world (Daniel from Ballarat) to be so darn next level. He removed the tailshaft for no extra charge, took every care and precaution possible and was very efficient and professional. When we got to our block he helped put it just where we needed it which was not his easiest option but made the world of difference to us. I can't recommend them highly enough!!!

Today I had a clients Iveco breakdown in Epping market. My drivers name was Ryan, he had great phone skills and was reliable. He signed himself into security without an issue. I reckon people who have had a bad experience with these guys, may have bad customer service skills themselves. Thats my 2 cents.
