Not Happy left laptop in store middle of week to ether fix laptop or save SSD data. Had not heard from then middle of next week rang and spoke to computer tech did not know what was happening, after finding laptop said he would have a look and ring back to his credit he did saying laptop not fixable and he could not download data from Hard drive had to send off to specialist. to add insult to injury got charged $110. picked up laptop and took it to their opposition. The Tech opened laptop and removed SSD plugged into his computer and hey presto up came the stored Data.
