We at Value Garage Doors service and repair to all residential, commercial and industrial doors including sectional, rolling, tilting door. Automatic door and gate openers are also a part of our service and repairs. Areas that we cover are Sydney metro areas including, Bankstown, Parramatta, St George, Castle Hills, Mascot, Woollahra, Darlinghurst, Silverwater, Eastern Suburbs and CBD area.

(Although this occurred the 1st week of the new year, this company advertised that they were open and trading)
I was referred to these guys by B&D. Sent them message and the responded within a few minutes confirming they could undertake emergency repair the next day. Sent a number messages the next day to confirm their timing and finally got a message saying they would be a day late. Sent 3 further messages the next day confirming their status and timing (my car was stuck in the garage) and got no responses throughout the day. Left a number of messages on the mobile phone.

Terrible company. They never turn up when they say they will. We've wasted 3 days this week waiting at home for them. They were supposed to come out to service the doors 3 years ago after fixing them but never turned up. Over chasing them. They obviously don't care about local repair jobs or maintenance work.

Very quick to inspect for quote ,not so quick to email quote or return phone call.
Once quote accepted , door was ordered ,two week wait for door from BND and installed same day as delivered .Installer very friendly and capable ,no fuss ,no mess,.Considering Value was my cheapest quote out of 4 others I can definitely recommend this company.

I had a frustrating problem with wireless buttons not working. I rang the supplier for assistance and they wanted a $195 call out fee. Outrageous. Rang Value Garage Doors and the problem was fixed and the variations in the instruction manual explained. We need good guys in business like this who have a genuine attitude to customer service.
