Hi I bought car from auction and the address was to be picked up from them and had to wait 2 hours so then can put the car for me on the trailer plus the old block was very very rude.

These guys redid my car after previous repairer fell short. It came back looking like better than new: sparkling and as clean as day 1. Great eye for detail, as they found so many things not done well, that weren't obvious and fixed them too. While others have fancy offices but don't deliver, this looks and operates like it should. It's a repair shop and you talk to the guys repairing your car so you always know what's going on. Personally, I love the honest, no frills approach where you can look through the door and see everyone at work and they are busy! I tried the 'fancy coffee- making facility

Called for a tow and asked for a quote. At least the guy turned up on time but when he provided the invoice after the service he had added GST to the "quote". Pretty much illegal so I would pin Frank down if you use them. Not recommended , not honest, not lawful.

The owner is rude and unhelpful. I don’t know why anyone would go to this business.
I would actually rate him the rudest person I’ve ever met.
