Matt did such an incredible job securing my home loan in really difficult circumstances that I had created. I really put Matt on the spot by putting an offer on a house without having any loan/lender, or first home owner grant in place. I did this at a time when there were supposed to be no first home owner grants available, however Matt found a way to secure one for me with the absolute minimal time that I had allowed (this could not have been easy).
