At Lake Road Chiropractic we will assess your whole body, including your feet. Occasionally Patients need foot correction due to excessive rolling in or out of their feet. Biomechanical problems affecting the feet can increase stresses within the foot structures and the surrounding soft tissues, creating localised pain in the feet and ankles as well as problems in the lower limbs, knees, hips and back.
People choose to visit a massage therapist for a variety of reasons. Many of our clients seek treatment because they want to improve their health and take some time out of their lives to give their mind and body a break. Remedial Massage is a therapeutic as well as relaxation massage that will target specific areas of discomfort or concern in the body and massaged at your chosen pressure.
I grew up in Sydney's Northern beaches and studied Remedial Massage and Pregnancy Massage at Nature Care College and The Australian College of Massage. I ran my own business from home for 17 years as well as massaging from a popular Day Spa in Manly for 10 years. During that time I also studied Aromatherapy, Bowen Technique, Reflexology and Reiki.
Hi, My Name is Alison. I am a fully Qualified Nutritionist with a passion for helping clients with Sports Nutrition & Pregnancy, Post-Natal Nutrition and Children's Health. In 2016 I graduated with a Bachelor of Health Science specialising in Nutritional Science from Endeavour College, Sydney. During my studies I combined my passion for healthy food with a fascination for human biology.

Lauren is an amazing chiropractor! I’ve been to see a few in my time and she is equal first with the very first Chiro I ever saw. Lauren has listened to me and my body and adjusts me according to what my body needs. She has taken an active interest in the treatment I’ve needed. She even obtained CT scans and reports from me to make sure that she would be giving me appropriate treatment. She is so friendly and genuine and seems to love her job, which really shines through in her bubbly personality, while always remaining professional at the same time.

I highly recommend the services provided at Lake Road Chiropractic Centre. I have been attending the clinic for over 3 years now and have used by Chiropractic and Remedial Massage therapies.
Lauren and all the staff are very keen to assist you on your wellness journey. I particularly like that different types of chiropractic techniques are offered - which range from low impact using Activator method all the way through to Sacro Occipital Method to Manual adjustment techniques. Lauren has been brilliant at tailoring these methods to suit my spinal condition.
