Master Roofing were the chosen repairer / installer by our insurance company APIA. Our thanks to APIA for their rapid response and Master Roofing for their frequent progress updates and keeping to their advised time line for replacing our roof. The installation crew headed by Steve arrived on site on schedule Monday 11 Oct even though the weather forecast was dubious. The 3 crew got stuck into it and had a lot done by stumps. They couldn't return on Tuesday nor Wednesday due to rain but did return on Thursday, again the forecast wasn't good. They dodged a few showers cut their lunch break short

The service provided by Master Roofing was above my expectations. The work was carried out in a professional manner despite disruptive weather conditions. The roofers Nick, Chris and Corey went above and beyond to ensure the repairs were carried as quickly as possible and with the least disruption to us and ensured the site was cleaned at the end of each days work and any loose items secured .
The whole experience was stress free and enjoyable and I have no hesitation in recommending Master Roofing and their repair team that carried out the repairs to my place for future projects.

Nathan and Ben from Master Roofing Australia were excellent and easy to deal with and extremely professional.
After ringing Master Roofing Australia up because our roof was leaking, the guys from Master Roofing turned up when they said they would, inspected our roof and gave us a full understanding in what the problem was and fixed it quickly.
The best thing I like about this company, is that they care about the customer and followed up after the job was completed to see if there was any outstanding problems that needed attention.
In my opinion, Master Roofing Australia is a great local company

MRA provided us with an A class team of Roofers delivering an amazingly quality perfect new roof each time. Excellent tradesmen, dedication, reliable with professional helpful Management. Never again. I have been trying to get Master Roofing to solve a leak in my roof for the last four years. This company lacks the expertise to find a solution to the leak- four years later it’s still leaking. I called them to come out again- they were a no show.
