Great customer service! Ordered Michelin tyre and after all the quote's they were the cheapest, also spent time and diagnosed couple other issues the car had at the time, which was missed by other mechanic at time of service. Have returned back since, and Yasmin continues to serve customer very well. Highly recommend their work!!

Just failed my pink slip due to tyres and was in a massive rush to get it all done, the team sorted out the tyres and put them on in about 15 mins and I was off again brilliant !!!

Very good people, i had to check the type pressure. They were kind enough to take time look at my wheels and fix the pressure. Not to mention, did not take money for the service and expert advice

I had an easy fix repair , or so I thought . Nail hole right in middle of tyre . Loads of tread left . 10 days after they did it I have a flat in same tyre . Turns out its been drilled in the wrong spot , I have 2 holes now an inch apart , straight through trashing inside so now not repairable either . They just cost me a new tyre . Complete cowboys .

I went to replace brake discs and pads. The new brake parts squeak everytime I brake. I went back to get it fixed then they did a temporary fix. So now it's back constant squeak of the brakes. Got my tyres replaced though, no problem. Not good for mechanical repairs but good for tyre services.

Don't be fooled by the knowledgeable receptionist lady, the workshop is a joke.
May be OK tyre monkeys but disgusting mechanical services. Damaged wiring connectors replacing globes and refused to fix it, then failed the pink slip based on broken connector stating "fire hazard" but were happy to road test the car and for the car to be driven away..
Impact wrenches used on everything from wheels to battery hold down clamps resulting in stripped threads. Not a torque wrench in sight.
Wheel nut covers not fitted correctly resulting in one coming off less than 24 hr after having them fit new tyres

As I read these reviews I don't know how they have received such reviews. My experience with this business has not been positive at all. I found them absolutely rude and to demonstrate terrible customer service. Take your service elsewhere.
I should note when expressed by disappointment in a respectful manner, I was hung up on, so I will not be calling to fix any issue.

Very good, reliable and honest service. Highly recommend this place. Keep up the good work in Rivo.

Big shout out to the team especially Dave , needed some advice on tyre sizes and a two inch lift. He was only to happy to help me and provide me with some great advice. Thanks guys.
