Engineered timber flooring is a real timber veneer fixed to a pine subbase, either ply or ladder form construction. Engineered flooring has a real timber veneer up to 6mm on a pine base, this allows to get greater board width up to 240mm wide and can be laid as a floating floor or direct stuck over your existing sub floor.
