Prior to joining Parkside Dr Qasim has practiced in a range of public and private dental practices for a number of years. Our dental hygienist and therapist have both been practicing for over 10 years. Our clinicians and support staff are caring, compassionate and endeavour to make your visit as comfortable as possible.

Dr Qasim - Dentist Report

Dr Qasim is one of our resident dentists at Parkside Dental Surgery in Dubbo. Before joining our practice in 2016, he worked for years as a general dentist in both private and public sectors. With extensive dental knowledge and clinical skills, Dr Qasim plays an important role in the team. He provides his patients with a high level of dental care, focusing on the details and needs for each and every patient.

Jennie Tylee-Porter - Dental Hygienist and Orofacial Myologist Report

Our dental hygienist Jennie plays an integral part in every patient's oral health. Her key role is to prevent oral disease including gingivitis, periodontal disease and tooth decay. For our patients this means less time and money spent with the dentist - after all, prevention is better than cure.

Most patients visit Jennie on a 6-monthly basis for removal of harmful bacterial deposits (scale and clean), application of fluoride, and to ensure that their own teeth brushing program is on track.When Jennie is not saving the world from plaque, she enjoys online shopping and spending time with her dog Ziggy.

Definitely recommend, got two wisdom teeth removed by Dr M Qasim and his assistant. They were so kind and understanding, I felt very welcome and looked after during the extraction as I was quite nervous. They made sure I was okay before allowing me to leave which really meant a lot

Always fantastic service, and could teach a few doctors about scheduling appointments. I've never had to wait long for my appointment as they don't over book, therefore they keep on time.

I took my 2 and 6 year olds. They made it fun for both of them and they loved their take home goody bags. My 6 year old had a tooth pulled and she left with a smile. Teaching kids that dentists are fun and not scary at all.

Lovely place!!! The girls did a great job with the kids and were very nice and claim. They read Dekoda a book whilst we were waiting and they also got given a tooth brush each.

The team at Parkside Dental were all very caring and friendly at our last visit for our family of 6. Jennie and Dr Ali were both very professional and explained our treatment in detail to my Husband and myself.
Emma was fantastic and very patient with our 4 children aged 10, 7, 5 and 2.

As my first dental visit the staff were very lovely and understand as i was a bit nervous.Jennie and Dr Ali both very friendly and took into consideration about my concerns that i had.
i got shown the proper way to clean my teeth and they even taught me how to floss! They made me a treatment plan on the prices,how many appointments i need and how long it will take,
Will recommend this practice to anyone!
